Rhode Island Sea Grant is sending two graduate students to Washington, D.C., for one-year $43,500, National Sea Grant College Program Dean John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellowships.
- Ocean SAMP Legal Task Force: RWU School of Law/Rhode Island Sea Grant Legal Program are participating on the Legal Task Force to determine the legal and policy issues to be undertaken for completion of the Ocean SAMP.
